Jillian Hernnessy (born 25th November in 1968) is an Canadian actress, singer who had a major impact in American television. Her work has received praise for her exceptional performances in the American TV show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons. She also appeared on Crossing Jordan, wherein she was Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six years. Hennessy has also showcased her talent in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she produced and wrote these movies. Hennessy's acting career began in 1988, when she and her twin sister were the callgirls in Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in the year 1990.
