Jeanie Marie Buss was born in the US. Buss is the founder and president of Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. Buss is an California native who grew in a wealthy family. The father of her Jerry Buss was a real-estate businessman who became owner of the Lakers as well as other sports companies. Her feelings of abandonment were heightened as her parents divorced in the year 1972. She joined her family's business at the age of 19 and became the general manager of the Los Angeles Strings tennis team. She then founded in the Los Angeles Blades team of professional roller hockey. She held the position of president of Great Western Forum prior to becoming the vice-president of Lakers. Buss as well as her five sisters were heirs to the Lakers controlling ownership after the passing of Busshis father in the year 2013. Every sister was given the same voice.
